Returns will be accepted up to 3 days after receipt by the customer. The customer is required to inform us by email specifying the reason for the return. Returned products must be in their original packaging, well-packaged, undamaged and unused. This means that the item(s) must be securely packed in a cardboard box to protect them during transport, possibly the same box used to ship to the customer.
