Deliveries & Returns

Shipping
- Shipping within 12/24 hours (Saturday included). You will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking details as soon as the package leaves our warehouse.
- Delivery within 2-4 days (excluding Sunday).
- Reservation: Delivery times may vary depending on available stock. At the time of ordering, a product may be out of stock, which could result in additional delays.
- Important Note: Depending on orders from our suppliers in Korea, deliveries may be delayed due to extended customs processing times or other factors beyond our control.
- Ecological Priority: Packages in letter format for small shipments are prioritized for ecological reasons and do not include a tracking number. To benefit from tracking, please select the priority option.

-For shipments within Europe, customs fees may be requested by the customer's country prior to receiving the parcel. Coree Beauty is not responsible for these customs fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Regarding parcel tracking in Europe, a tracking number will be provided to you. This tracking may stop at the border of the destination country, depending on the practices of the local carrier.

Coree Beauty is not responsible for any issues related to carriers and customs services in each country.

Returns
- Returns are accepted up to 15 days after receipt by the customer. The customer must inform us by email, specifying the reason for the return.
- Returned products must be in their original packaging, well-packed, undamaged, and unused. This means that the item(s) must be securely packed in a cardboard box to protect them during transport, ideally the same box used for shipping to the customer.
