ANUA's Rice 70 Glow Milky Toner is a light, milky toner enriched with rice bran water and niacinamide to brighten dull, uneven skin while balancing sebum production.

Formulated with AP and NP ceramides, it soothes and strengthens the skin barrier, preventing moisture loss. Thanks to sodium hyaluronate and betaine, this toner provides deep hydration and reduces inflammation. Fragrance-free, it leaves a refreshing, non-sticky finish, suitable for all skin types.
